Mr. Daniel
Johnson
Principal, Private Client’s Group, Cummings and Lockwood,
LLC
Daniel G. Johnson is a
Principal in the Private Clients Group of Cummings & Lockwood LLC, which he
joined in 1997. He practices in the
firm's Stamford
office, primarily in the areas of estate planning, family business succession
planning, estate administration and trust administration. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and
Massachusetts
and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Estates and Probate
Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association
and the American Bar Association. Dan is
in charge of attorney training at Cummings & Lockwood and frequently
lectures on estate and tax planning topics to both lawyer and non-lawyer
audiences.
Mr. Johnson
received his B.A. from Georgetown University, cum laude, and his J.D. from
University of Virginia Law School. He serves on the Advisory Board of
Raylign, a family office located in Greenwich.
He served on the Junior Committee for the Little Sisters of the
Assumption in East Harlem from 2003-2005.
