There are several ways to join Materials for the arts.Recipient Organizations
If you are a not-for-profit arts group, social, community or health service organization with an on-going arts program, New York City public school or government agency you can begin your application process on-line.

If you are interested in cleaning out your office space, storage closets, apartments you can donate to MFTA and help thousands of artists, students, teachers and community members throughout NYC. You'll receive a tax deduction for your donated items and live happier knowing you're doing your part to sustain the environment and help the arts thrive in New York City. There are other ways in which you can join in the MFTA community. You can become a Friend of Materials for the Arts. Friends, help by working together with the staff and Board of Directors to ensure the longevity of MFTA. We're always interested in making new friends.
